1. No Refund and No Return Policy

All sales made at Smartbuy Warehouse are final. We do not offer any cash refunds, order cancellations, or product returns under any circumstances once the item has been purchased and handed over.

2. Mandatory On-Site Inspection & Verification

To ensure total transparency and customer satisfaction:

  • Customers are required to inspect, test, and verify the physical condition, functionality, and accessories of the product at our warehouse at the time of purchase.

  • Once the product is inspected, verified, and taken out of our warehouse premises, Smartbuy Warehouse will not be held responsible for any physical damage, missing accessories, or operational issues.

3. Warranty Policy

A. Brand New Products (Factory Sealed)

  • Warranty Coverage: Brand New items are covered under the respective Official Manufacturer / Brand Warranty.

  • Claim Process: For any technical defect or issue after purchase, customers must directly visit the authorized Company Service Center of the respective brand along with the purchase invoice. Smartbuy Warehouse does not handle service center warranty claims.

B. Open Box Products

  • Warranty Coverage: Open Box products come with limited warranty coverage ranging from 0 to 3 Months (0 – 90 Days), strictly depending on the specific product category and item.

  • No-Warranty Products: Certain Open Box items are sold on an “As-Is” basis with No Warranty (0 Days Warranty).

  • Details on Invoice: The exact warranty duration (if applicable) for each Open Box item will be clearly mentioned on your sale bill/invoice at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not accept return or refund requests based on:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections on Open Box items or packaging.

  • Damage caused due to misuse, liquid spill, drop damage, or improper handling after purchase.
